It is located between the exclusive houses and Kgale lake city and is prfect house for family. The program and space should be flexible enough to accommodate the most diverse family dynamics. The houses have an L−shaped configuration organized around a courtyard and living area open onto landscaped outdoor spaces, including a poolside patio accessible from the living room. Foldable walls separate the public space from the private spaces. The concept of Sliding doors which can be retracted to open this space up to the courtyard, allowing natural light and air to reach the submerged spaces. The house is built using a structure consisting of concrete, stone, steel and glass. The use of structural concrete for the majority of the house\'s construction enabled large column−free spans which makes the living spaces, kitchen to have open plan layout. All of the spaces are connected to the courtyard. To create a contemporary interior needed to reflect the family lifestyle the decor and furniture selected are modern and have strong lines to complement the linear architecture. Neutral palettes with accent colours have been used throughout.
