Located on the edge of the hill. The design for this house was inspired by a desire to engage with the landscape, celebrate the native trees and capture views of the Kgale Lake and the Kgale Hill. The area of these houses ranges from 800 to 900 sq.m. The architectural intent for the design of the luxurious Housing is to become an iconic beacon nestled within the landscape. It is set on a steep hillside site that provides for a very creative, vertical design with living and private zones situated on multiple separate floors. Numerous outdoor and covered terraces and balconies capitalize on stunning views of Kgale Lake as well as the skyline beyond. The Hill side houses consist of a basement level with a parking for 4 cars and a man cave.
